“ Just had a really delicious dinner at El Taller in Iseo! This restaurant is a true gem and one we will definitely come back to on our next visit to Iseo. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really lovely, in a quiet piazza just off the main road. The service is friendly, professional, and attentive. The food of course is the true star of the show. Forget the heavy traditional bresciana kitchen of polenta and meat, these are sophisticated dishes in which the chef uses local ingredients, especially fish from the lake, to create unique taste combinations. My absolute favourites were the primo sale with watermelon and beetroot, and the lake carbonara. For us it’s a 5/5, we will definitely be back! ”

We had a 5 course menu, one chef cooking and an open kitchen. Fish from the lake, amazing meat, complimenting wines. We loved all the dishes, especially the one with kimchi and the carbonara (with a twist we will take home and try to recreate) Must go and by far the best food we have had in Iseo!
